Communicated very well. Easy to work with. Very professional. All workers, staff and project leaders are great to work with. They will walk you through any questions - always ask a lot of questions. Insurance was easy to deal between them and also my mortgage company. Done Right - I will recommend to anyone with roof issues. They even set you up with tips and advice on how to best maintain and keep the life of the roof strong and durable. It’s hard to find a trustworthy roofer, I help people with this issue every day and I have a stack of Done Right cards I pass out. Thanks everyone!

Done Right Home Improvement did an incredible siding and window replacement on my very tired looking house. Everyone says it looks like a new house! Even my HOA sent me a letter about how great it looks! Thank you Justin and Tom for taking care of me and my home! I wish I could give more than 5 stars!⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Cannot say enough good about Done Right and our salesman, Nate! Nate had come to look at our roof summer 2022 after a hail storm (along with two other companies) and all three companies said we didn’t need a roof. This past spring, Nate (who lives in our neighborhood) stopped by and told my husband he would like to look at our roof again. After the past winter, it didn’t look as good as it had the following year. We ended up with a new roof, some window wraps, gutter guards and even added gutters to our shed, which husband had long wanted. The prices were great, customer service phenomenal, all work done top notch! Nate was a great help, working with our insurance company as well! Just a wonderful experience and how many people can say that, as far as replacing a roof?! Would recommend them to anyone! Thank you!!

After the storms in April 2024 we had some pretty bad roof, deck , fence and paint damage. I contacted Done Right and spoke with Lisa. She was very helpful and what she promised they delivered. Fast and prompt with communication with Andy. He came out when he said he would. Then made more trips to meet my insurance guy to walk around and fight for us. He pointed out things my insurance guy wanted to ignore. Andy fought for us and we very much appreciated that. Andy also found we didn’t have proper ventilation and was able to fix that problem as well. We love our roof. He also made sure the color of our roof was HOA approved. This is our first time dealing with a HOA. This whole process was easy and we are very happy with everything. Thanks to the whole crew from Done Right. .

Excellent service and staff. Did my roof and gutters in between the cold temperatures and pushed to get it done before winter weather arrived. Roofers and gutter crew were extremely courteous, efficient and capable. Curt Templeton coordinated everything extremely well and kept in communication with us all the way through. Highly recommend Done Right! Thanks guys!

We had siding and a new roof installed. The whole process was smooth from start to finish. From quoting, to material selection, to installation, they helped us choose the best option for our price point, our neighborhood and our desired outcome. The customer service, attention to detail, and skills this team has is out of this world! The siding team was so exact and took their time to make sure everything was cut and installed correctly. The roofing team worked so hard and were so friendly, even when it was super hot! I would recommend them any day!

We hired DRHI to help manage a major window replacement project for us in our home. From the beginning, they were very responsive and knowledgeable about what services we would need to get the work done properly, done within a reasonable time, and done correctly. Justin Templeton was our Project Manager. Justin was really good to work with, very responsive, coordinated the work efficiently, made certain that the work was done well and that we were happy at the end. We couldn't be more pleased at how everything turned out!

In 2024, we’ve used Done Right Home Improvements to replace our gutters & to fix a roof leak. And we are very happy customers & very impressed. Done Right is one of the best contractors I’ve used or am aware of. In fact, I’ve never encountered a better contractor than Done Right. It’s so refreshing & beneficial to have a contractor who not only does high quality work, but who has also stellar customer service & is very knowledgeable. Done Right lives up to their name of doing things right. Moreover, they have reasonable prices for their work. We love our new gutters. They work well & having an adjustable downspout is a nice bonus. Done Right even worked with us after we made a mistake & put one downspout in the wrong place. Justin Templeton is the project manager & he’s a consummate professional. Not only has he been very knowledgeable & extremely helpful, but he’s been available when we needed him, even at inconvenient times for him. I was super impressed with his customer service skills & availability. Furthermore, Justin’s intent was to help us (give us what we needed & wanted), rather than upsell us to make more money. It was rewarding & very much appreciated after dealing with the cutthroat salesman at Leaf Filter Gutter Protection. Finally, Done Right has helped us when we needed it most. We had a roof leak that had become a serious problem & needed to be fixed ASAP. Hence, I called Done Right. But at that time, they were so swamped with work they were not accepting new jobs. However, Done Right made an exception for us & completed the job because it was urgent & almost an emergency. In doing so, Done Right showed how much they care for us as their customer; Done Right showed how much they value our business. We were so impressed & grateful. I strongly recommend Done Right for your outside home improvement needs.

Nate Davis is the best. I needed to replace a roof and gutters on a rental. Nate managed and supervised the the work. He reported to me often mostly via text and also answered all my questions. He would keep me updated on status!!! He got the work done and I paid the bill. It all went very smoothly. Thank you Nate.
